SuperHero Workouts by Neila Rey

While doing some research on Awrganik Lifestyle, I came across these superhero workouts that I thought were too awesome. My favorite had to be the Wolverine workout -- I mean...have you SEEN his body?

Neila Rey has a great website with programs, recipes, and 30/80 day challenges. So if you're trying to change your bad habits and want to become active, here is a great way to start.
